Everything is old and outdated can’t get no one to fix anything someone needs to call better business on management all she cares about is a place to stay because she works there.None of the plugs work.This just a bad place to stay.

Unfulfilled work orders. Pool rarely open during any season. Trash everywhere. Roaches everywhere. They will fix drywall with tape and paint. Constantly bought and sold by different companies. Management does not help in any way. They will tow your car with no notice or warning or even clear instruction. They will only call you back to bully you into taking down your google review. Cooperate only has an answering service and no one from AFI will contact you back. They had the current managers ...
call me and raise their voice at me for calling cooperate. The only work order looked at in the past year was a mold issue from a crack in the exterior of the building that came through to my apt. They bleached it and painted it. This is not an appropriate fix for an approx. 4ft by 4ft area of mold. I am breaking my lease to leave here and am currently researching how to file a class action lawsuit.

The apartments that I live in are infested with bugs and bed bugs. Although they send someone out every 6 months, it doesn’t help. I can’t wait to move and I will not be taking my furniture.

Get everything in writing. Unprofessional staff. Water ran all the time my bill went from 60 to over 100. No one cared. Electrical outlit smoked. Sink water shut off valve did not work. Apartment above me flooded, and I had mold growing on the walls, prior to the office repairing my apartment. Horrible roach infestation. Kids play in parkinglot unsupervised. They dented the hood of my car. My car was broken into. Great price, but there is a reason why.

The apartments are a nice size but I dont like that the rooms are on different sides. I also do not like the fact that there are always ants in the apartments I mean a lot of them. They have only been there to spray once and my lease is about up. And when they came to spray they came unannounced.

When I first moved in it took them forever to come and fix my freezer(4weeks). Management here are really bad. They do not answer the phone and when they do you are asked to leave a message with the assistant who then give the message to the manager to return your phone call but no one ever calls back. I have lost count on how many managers and assistance they have had so far. And there is always kids playing on your door... CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE
