Apartments were recently renovated in a contemporary esthetic with in unit washer and dryer. They are large, bright, and have sizeable balconies with room width glass sliding doors. The courtyards, barbecues and pool are immaculately maintained. Management and maintenance are top notch. As a fire displaced long time homeowner I was looking for comfort and community and found it at Dolphin Marina Apartments.

t is like an extended family on our wing of the building. I must point out the insulation up and down is very poor without the carpets. I could hear the previous upstairs neighbors every footstep and cupboards closing. Better than GPS. The events management puts on for the residents to mingle and meet are very kind and appreciated.
