I WON'T BE RENEWING MY LEASE
March 23, 2025They lie about helping you fix issues with maintenance and neighbors. The rental office is no longer open so you have to drive down the street to Domain there sister property, Trash is suppose to be picked up daily but they will not come 3 days at at time.Review from Apartments.com

October 15, 2024Quiet neighborhood but repairs take forever and aren’t done to completion. When advised that the ceiling was leaking and caving they just painted over the problem areaProperty Manager Responded

August 29, 2024It was good until I was placed in a roach infested apt. These apartments tend to flood from the ceiling a-lot. Needs renovations and contractors who actually take their work serious and actually repair these apartments after someone has moved out. The staff are nice in the office especially Karson. November 30, 2023It’s been such a pleasure living here so far! The neighbors are friendly and the leasing office is quick to reply to emails! I had one issue that needed maintenance and it was fixed within a short amount of time. It took longer bc I requested to be there for it. I’m hoping the gates get fixed soon!
