January 15, 2026Estoy viviendo en estos apartamentos y como ser humano que soy no se los recomiendo a nadie. Están llenos de cucarachas. En los clóset hay un huevo de aguas negras y todo el mal olor que sale de ahí se queda dentro del apartamento. Cuando vas a pedir ayuda ala manager no toma importancia. Si tiene niños pequeños no puedes sacarlos a caminar porque en todas las áreas hay estiércol de perro (pupu) no se los recomiendo a nadie. Gracias!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Depends what you can handle
December 25, 2018Cons: Bad roach infestation, cats EVERYWHERE, killed a mouse in my building (you’re welcome!), trash bins get ridiculously full on the outside and gross(custodians have to clean almost everyday because people won’t simply put the trash in the dumpster)and, hallways smell gross unless they are freshly cleaned that day (last two days). Visitor parking on the street, which is cool so it’s enough room for everyone and their thousands of cars they own. Only half the washers/dryers work in the laundry ...mat Pro: No one bothers you, typically quiet unless it’s a holiday then maybe slight loudness from music and BBQs which is cool. They normally notify you when things going on with the water or electricity. Management will work with you, occasionally, if you COMMUNICATE. Three schools walking distance.
