Two other friends with exactly as much bs as me also rented here. Just looking out for anyone thinking about this place. No management or maintenance done at all. 3 months with no mailbox key just kept telling me it's coming. 2 months with a leaking water heater. There is black mold here and they said they will fix it later knowing I leave in one month. This will not be fixed probably just painted over. Zero responsibility or even a sorry for inconvenience.Every call for things I thought by law ...
should be fixed, I was treated like I was the problem and a Karen or something. I just follow the rules and pay rent but get zero of the responsibilities from the apartments here.

They will take you money and not do any repairs! They won't answer your calls and won't do anything to make your experience pleasant. The units look very poorly remodeled. And they paint over the black mold instead of getting rid of it. Serious health hazard.

I didn’t have a good experience while living at Dorado Heights. The manger would be standing in my living room after I finished showering. This happened twice. I finished showering and opened the bathroom door and the male manger was standing in my living room just staring at me. I became upset and threatened to call 911 but the manger said he could walk in my apartment whenever he wanted and then walked out of my apartment. I moved my brother in and the manger never bothered me again. I ...

located at the base of The Sandia's it an amazing view of the City. Just a very short commute to almost anywhere in the city anyone would want to visit. Oh! And not to mention the specials they have going for their vacancies are beyond words to explain how close cut they are to the best deal in town! I have lived at this complex for well over 12 years and have wached more and more long term residents leave because of new resident problems.
