Desde el primer día Te dicen que no te puede mostrar tu unidad porque no está lista. que la tendrán lista y cuando llegas a mudarte jamás arreglaron nada el piso destruido, huecos en la pared nada limpio, y no se hacen cargo de ninguno de los problemas que se supone arreglaron antes de entrar, cobran pero no son capaces de hacerse cargo de nada, tuve una inundación en una de las unidades luego de que uno de mantenimiento revisara una tubería, Me ...

Worst experience I have ever had!! Take a look of the garbage before you rent here! If you like to recycle in doral west it is impossible, they lock the garbage door! There are many insects in the apartments, plague of roaches and ants! They send pest control but, believe me it doesn't make any difference you are going to still have the insects at your place! And there is no security in the condo at all! Cases of robbery are normal there and of course the administration can't do anything, they ...
haven't any responsability. They told me everything like roberry is everywhere, people steal people with money, they make jokes, staff were just unprofessional, they never asked is we where Ok. Staff is not nice they always say the same argument 'this is Miami and it is normal' they never gave me a good reason about my complaints , they never made me feel ok! As they told me, they aren't a service company, they just rent appartments!!

The management is a total crap. Especially the general manager JOE. He is an evil and a swindler. The day I moved in the unit was completely unprepared. Broken blinds and bad toilet. Plus, bulbs were out. I raised the complaints. Any guess what. He said, it is just inconveniences. There is nothing we can do. Sure, they didn't anything for the next two week. Don't waste your money and your time here.
