Out dated appliances and apartments
November 29, 2022The noise from the airport and the traffic noise from the Loop is horrible. You cant sleep at night with all the noise. The traffic with United High school near by is nasty. My unit has no garbage disposal . The apartment is old and out dated. This is the hood of Laredo apartments. Parking is not enforced so anyone without a parking permit can park anywhere they want. So there are no parking spots anywhere. Apartments were recently painted outside , but it is like putting lipstick on a pig.Review from Apartments.com
Huge Parking Issues
February 9, 2022They dont have assigned parking. They dont enforce parking so anyone can just waltz right in, park their car in the property for 6 months for free and come back for it with no issues. This obviously leaves a big problem for tenants who pay rent and have no where to park their car. When you bring the issue up to management, they are delusional and just say “there is plenty of parking”. Of course they only say that because they’re open from 8am-6pm when most tenants are at work so naturally they ...can see open parking spots because there’s nobody home! They can try sweep their huge problem under the rug, but don’t live here expecting a place to park your vehicle after dark.Property Manager Responded

I just moved in
June 30, 2018The carpet was really dirty when I moved in. Then my daughter wants to use the swiming pool and it was closed (saturday at 2pm). The office is supposed to be open until 6pm, but at 5:50pm it was closed. I can't believe it!!!Property Manager Responded

Are great but have some issues
March 1, 2018I’ve been living here for about 6 months, I don’t have much problems with it, just a few: I’ve had several prob with the staff where they gave me the incorrect information. They don’t seem to knowledgeable about the complex. Also, My biggest issue is there is HARDLY ever any parking after a certain time. They should really inforce assigned parking, and should create a visitors parking area. Other than that, these apartments are really great, always quiet, respectful neighbors, and I honestly ...think it is worth it for what you are paying for.Property Manager Responded

Making changes
November 4, 2015Happy to report that they are listening to their residents. They have now opened up the bathrooms so you can access after hours while at the gym or pool. Front Office Staff has been replaced and we have smiles greeting us which is all you want when you have your own stuff to contend with. Not too bad to live
September 13, 2015We have been living here for about 7 months. The complex isn't that bad to live. Always parking spots available and not too much noise at night. The rent is reasonable and includes water and cable/internet. The cons of this complex is that people don't pick up after their dogs and walk them off leash. The complex has 3 pools and there are always people waiting at the gate for a resident to come through so they can sneak in to go swimming so it is always crowded. They say bracelets are inforced ...but they don't follow through. They also state no grills, but you see many people using them. Maintenance takes about 2-3 days to respond to repair requests. We never had a problem. The main issue we have is our apartment floods when it rains and we complain and they came and took pictures and looked around and nothing has been done. They said they can't fix it so we keep our fingers Crossed our personal items don't get ruined. The office representatives don't seem to knowledgeable. Not so great
August 27, 2015I lived there for about six months, the dishwasher and garbage disposal never worked even after getting fixed, no one in the office ever took my husband and I seriously when we called to complain. Some of the people that live there are RUDE, LOUD, and stay up ALL NIGHT yelling /laughing by the pool. I honestly dont understand why they give you the number for security if NO ONE picks up the phone.
