Quite Country living in the city
October 30, 2023I moved to this property in June of 2017 and one of my favorite things about it is how convenient it is to local shops and restaurants. The apartments and grounds are well kept and always look amazing. I’ve never had to wait for any repairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Safety & Security
October 24, 2023I have lived at Princeton Place/ Dothan Farms Community since June of 2012. I was impressed with the community as soon as I arrived. It had a very appealing home charm. You could tell it was very well taken care of, maintenance at its best. I liked the idea it was a gated community, safety and security are very important. Also, it is a very pet friendly community, it lends a lot for exercising and walking a pet. What a great community for families, kids and pets. My apartment faces the swimming ...pool. It is very well maintained. I Enjoy the pool and all of its surroundings. The water falls are such a neat touch. This past year the community sold to another company, it is now Dothan Farms. They have added and upgraded quite a lot. The buildings are all painted white. This gives the community a nice southern style charm. They also cleared out a lot of trees and brush. This gives the landscape a nice clean and neat look. They have also upgraded the pool with new furniture, grills, and paint. This gives it a real resort spa look. I really enjoy looking at it and very well pleased. After saying all of this, I really appreciate that the new owners have left all of the management and maintenance in place... They have all been here as long as I have. They have served this community well. They have done a great job and continuing to do so. Best Complex Ever!!!

Dothan Farms is the first apartment complex I’ve ever rented from and this is by far the best choice I could’ve ever made. The property manager, Emily, was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process, took all my worries away, and happily answered any question I had. Not to mention the complex is beautiful in itself! Everyone down to the neighbors are super friendly and kind.
