Put work order in for repairs to be fixed no response on repairs dogs messing on the property residents not getting it up hallways unclean.

Great location/ horrible management

Theres nothing better then a park outside the complex but what will leave a bad taste in your mouth is the management, instead of communicating with respect and courtesy they would rather throw threats at you like they don't respect you as a resident, we've been here a little while now and have been looking to move. I would not recommend anyone this place, 7nless you don't mind idle threats and no help what so ever. If you have maintenance issues don't bother with management they wont answer the ...

Terrible new management

Dove tree has been recently taken over by a new manager after the former manager of 20 years retired. The NEW manager is not someone to be crossed. We recently moved out after a year and a half residency there and never once had an issue with the former manager. We now received our deposit back and are being charged for specific things that were previously written down when we moved in. They didnt look at the move in slip to see what was marked at our time of move in and they now took all of our ...

Does not return messages (left 4 in two weeks) and does not fufill placed work orders through the maintenance man. Had the previous manager stayed and dealt with us through this process i believe my review would be a lot higher than it is. But based off of what i's currently happening there i would NOT recommened Dove Tree Apartments to my worst enemy.

The apartment inside and out is well maintained and the staff is friendly and very helpful, if you you have a problem they are there to assist in anyway they can.
