December 17, 2025Good neighborhood. In the winter it is difficult to enter the parking lot due to snow and lack of plowing. Each building has one washer and dryer for 12 units so that can be frustratingProperty Manager Responded

December 8, 2025Our experience at Dover improves constantly lately -- more recently with the repainting of the interior common areas of the buildings including the walls and doors plus the eventual replacement of carpet that should occur this month. August 29, 2025Since a new manager has joined us at Dover Heights, there have been so many improvements to the area including a renovated gym, increase in the number of dog waste stations, enforcement of rules regarding trash disposal and fixes made to pavement, heating, and plumbing.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2025Since moving into Dover Heights Apartment Complex, we’ve noticed a huge improvement in nearly every aspect of the community. The property has become cleaner, more organized, and more welcoming overall. Maintenance requests are handled much faster, communication is clear and timely, and the shared spaces are consistently well-kept. There’s a much stronger sense of community now, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into making this a better place to live. It really feels like the complex ...has turned a corner—from just being a place to rent to somewhere we’re genuinely happy to call home. A big part of that positive change has come under the guidance of the current property manager, Jessica. She’s approachable, responsive, and really seems to care about keeping things running smoothly. Anytime we’ve had a concern or question, she’s made sure it was addressed quickly and professionally.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2025The location is great. Easy walk to the train station and to shopping, yoga and a good brewery The largest problem is misbehaving children. My car got damaged due to kids misbehaving. There are also a number of outstandding maintanence issues in the apartment.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2025The new management is very responsive and helpful when issues arise which is a change from the previous manager. we had an issue with our dishwasher which was promptly looked at and replaced when needed. Like most apartment complexes, there are definitely areas of improvement but you can tell that the new management is working on this.
