Beautiful spacious apartments!

We have been here for a year so far, and we couldn't be happier! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to any needs you may have. Dover Run is located in the beautiful countryside and you can enjoy the views from your nice size deck. There are walking trails and plenty of parking spaces. The rooms are spacious and have cathedral ceilings. You have a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and glass ...

cook top stove. The kitchen has a nice bar and a pantry(in the two bedroom apt.)for extra storage. They even have activities throughout the year that you can participate in if you wish. It gives you a good sense of community. All in all, it's a great place to live!

Beautiful & quiet apt

Dover Run rental has been awesome so far! The community is quiet, clean & of course new construction with ample parking spots. My minor issues (repairs) have been address immediately. James, our maintenance guy has always been friendly, helpful and always provided outstanding service. The application process was easy from the beginning. Melanie, has been so nice, friendly & professional. She has provided outstanding service way & beyond. She help us make our move transition from NJ to PA much ...

easier. She suggested storage locations, restaurants & landmarks in the area. We truly appreciate everything she had done for us. Mariann, has also provided outstanding service to us. When I’ve called with an issue again, she addresses it the same day & also, they both follow up to make sure we are pleased with the outcome. During this summer, Melanie & Mariann planned a community gathering so tenants can meet in the clubhouse and make friends. We thought that was so nice of them to make this happen. It was a fun night! My 2BD/ 2B is a beautiful apt. You can’t beat new construction versus an old apt development. We are enjoying our stay here while our new house is being built. Thank you again, Melanie, Mariann & James for being so kind, friendly, professional you guys are great assets to the development.

We just moved in the 4th of December and the apartment has exceeded our expectations. The entire place is very clean, spacious, bright, and inviting. The living room (can only speak for the one bedroom) is much bigger than expected. The kitchen is the perfect size with plenty of counter and floor space. The cherry on top was the leasing agent, Melanie. She was kind, informative, and professional. She made us feel welcome and excited to live here.

I met Melanie at the Dover Run open house in February. She had all the answers to all my questions. And I had lots of questions as I wasn't too familiar with renting. I immediately fell in love with the floor plan of the 1st floor 2 bedroom unit. I didn't hesitate filling out an application. I moved in this week with my 2 dogs. We love all the space which is more than adequate for the 3 of us. Theres plenty of storage. And everything is brand new! All the appliances are quality high end ...
