    This place is awesome. Wife and I love it. Delann, Lori, and staff are very nice. Brand new carpet and thick walls. Not to mention they have amenities up the wazoo: indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, spa, bbq grills, and food trucks onsite. This place isn't just an apartment complex. Its more like a community. Also, a plus is that its so close to campus near the Arboretum trail and Sprouts daycare is a short walk away. Ain't much not to love about this place.

  • Stay away

    July 2, 2025
    It is the worst place you can ever move in with your family. If you are 20, maybe it’s fine, if you value your quality life, look elsewhere where. Rude Customer Service, especially DelAnn, always with attitude and never helpful. Any question you have, she doesn’t know, or says she will do it and never does it. Nobody returns your emails or phone calls. Manager Courtney is always “out” and never returns any phone calls. If you have a leak, wait 3 weeks for someone to come in and look at it and ...
    another 2 weeks to come and fix it. Parties at the pool at 2-3 am, screaming and drinking. Constant smoking cigarettes & weed and no one does anything about it, even when it’s against the lease. You can smell the cigarette smoke inside of your place and they won’t do anything about it. It’s the worst place. STAY AWAY. Apartments never cleaned prior moving in and Xfinity will take a month to set up the internet.

    After my annual apartment inspection (prior to lease renewal), Chris came to my apartment to take care of an outlet that needed a minor repair and a closet door that did not work properly. Chris took off his shoes prior to walking around. I didn't expect that but appreciated it. He repaired my outlet quickly AND checked outlets that work by a light switch to make sure they operated. He also fixed an annoying closet door that did not close. I really liked it that he answered questions and ...
    explained the doors and outlets to me. He made me feel that it was okay to call maintenance any time and ask questions.

  • They will get you get you for everything

    We moved out and they are charging use so much money. They will buckle and dime you when you move out. They pool is always colsed and rude staff.

  • Beautiful Quiet Sanctuary

    Let me start off with how beautiful this place is. I love the trees, tall and luscious conifer trees that stay green year round and are absolutely lovely during winter.     loved working with my leasing agent, Colin who made my move-in smooth and welcoming. I remember them all by name because I care as a resident too. Thirdly, the maintenance is wonderful too! Very quick and so helpful. Kyle is so funny and a hoot to talk to! He’s my go to in case I need a fix, another crew member came in one time, I didn’t catch his name but not only did he do an awesome job fixing my garbage disposal, he taught me how to fix it as well. As a 23 year old girl living on my own, life skills are so greatly appreciated!! All in all, my experience at Drakes Pond has been phenomenal! 10/10, I renewed my lease as well because I love it so much! Thank you to everyone at DP! :)

    Just sharing a very positive and pleasant experience I’ve had living at Drakes Pond. It really gives me a peace of mind knowing that when maintenance is needed the service technicians are knowledgeable and fix things right the first time.   • Amazing Maintenance & Customer Service

    I've been at Drake's Pond for almost a year and had our first maintenance call and was stressed and worried about my shower not stopping. The office receptionist was amazing and had Kyle a technician out to our apartment in less than 15 mins. Kyle completely replaced our shower fixture and cleaned up amazingly afterwards. I would definitely recommend coming to Drake's Pond, they value their tenants.
