The windows are the best thing about Drayton Tower. I love the sunshine that comes in and the view is just breathtaking! Location is close to perfect too, barely a 10 minute walk to downtown. The staff is helpful and kind, and the building is safe.

Drayton Tower has an excellent staff who is willing to create community events and cares about the residents residing in the building. The new maintenance staff is very kind and willing to help no matter what. We were waiting on a washer/dryer unit since September due to the supply chain issue and management change. The new maintence staff gave us updates and continues to update us about the status of the washer / dryer units. They found us a working unit for the mean time. We appreciate the ...

The location is amazing! The apartment is beautiful and the staff of the building is very helpful. Jenna has helped my roommate and I so much. Carl who is mainentence is always willing to help us! The only issue is the noise from outside.

The apartment is located in downtown Savannah GA in Drayton Towers. The location is central to all of the amazing things that are going on in the city. The look of the apartment is industrial with a modern young look. The floor plans are perfect for students, couples or someone who is ready to be a part of a great city. No matter what they promise the tower is a dorm for SCAD kids. Be ready for midnight parties keeping you awake; fire alarms being pulled in the A.M. , attitude in the elevators and management staff that doesn't care.
