September 12, 2024Rent keeps going up without any any amenities or any offers to justify the increase. Valet trash used to be much less reliable, though they’ve been better lately. Noisy neighbors are an issue, and the office has not done anything about it.Property Manager Responded

September 12, 2024We have a decent spot with a beautiful view. I wish all the apartment buildings had elevators but unfortunately if you want a premo apartment spot you have to trudge up the 3 flights of stairs to get there. I also wish that they had a regular park along with the dog park they have because there is no walkable place to take kids around here. This is definitely more of a young adult with dogs friendly and not so much parent and kid friendly place to live. But the staff is attentive and the ...maintenance team always gets stuff done well and in a timely manner which is appreciated.Property Manager Responded
