The people from the office and maintenance are very nice. The fix the issue very quick. I use the web portal for the residence, and they reply in 15 minutes and came to the apartment in the same morning.

Everything has been great so far. The only thing that was pretty upsetting at first was that our apartment didn’t come with wood flooring throughout the common areas like the apartment you get to tour beforehand.

Have been here for almost a year, so far it’s been extremely pleasant. Everyone on staff is friendly and kind. Neighbors are also kind and look out for one another. The club house is always super clean and ready for use. The grounds are clean and tidy.

Rent keeps going up without any any amenities or any offers to justify the increase. Valet trash used to be much less reliable, though they’ve been better lately. Noisy neighbors are an issue, and the office has not done anything about it.

We have a decent spot with a beautiful view. I wish all the apartment buildings had elevators but unfortunately if you want a premo apartment spot you have to trudge up the 3 flights of stairs to get there.
I also wish that they had a regular park along with the dog park they have because there is no walkable place to take kids around here. This is definitely more of a young adult with dogs friendly and not so much parent and kid friendly place to live.
