I’ve had a really good experience living at Dream Marine Creek. The property is in a great location and it’s easy to get to a lot of places around the area. The community itself stays pretty calm and it’s nice coming home to a place that feels comfortable and well taken care of.

Don’t be fooled by the “gated community” label. My catalytic converter was cut off my truck while on the property, and management refuses to close the security gates. There’s little to no real security here, and management doesn’t seem concerned. After experiencing a costly theft and seeing the lack of urgency from management, it’s clear that tenant security is not a priority. If safety and accountability matter to you, I would look elsewhere. Since living here I have received 3 30 phone calls ...
regarding a dog barking that wasn’t mine and my downstairs neighbors hearing footsteps. If those are the priorities of the apartment complex they need some serious help.

I moved in to this property in Jun, I couldn’t be happier. The grounds are well maintained. The amenities are top notch. I have had a great experience. Tiffany has been so helpful from start to finish. I can always pop in to the office and the staff are always super helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a home and a peaceful experience. Dream Marine is definitely the place to be. It is close to all the shops and very close to downtown and the airport.
