If you’re thinking about renting here, DON’T. This place is completely infested with rats and roaches, and no matter how many times you contact the landlord, they refuse to take responsibility. Instead, they blame you for the problem, even though the infestation was here long before you moved in.

When I reached out to the landlord about the roach problem, they told me to “just stop leaving dishes out.” First of all, that’s common sense. Second, even when my kitchen is spotless and not a single dish is left out, the roaches still come. That’s how bad the infestation is.
If you’re considering moving in, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This place is a nightmare, and the landlord will do nothing to fix it.
For a split second, I started to wonder if maybe the rats were my fault—maybe I unknowingly rolled out the red carpet for them. But then I heard them throwing a house party inside the walls, and I realized, oh no, they’ve been living here rent-free long before I showed up.
The only good thing about living here is the gym and the chinese store right around the corner.
