May 22, 2023I had a scheduled tour and no one ever showed up. I left after an hour of waiting. It like they don’t want your money. No one ever reached out to me either. It looks like a very nice place to live but they just don’t want your money.Property Manager Responded

Quiet complex with great features!
August 8, 2022Dronfield Apartments has been a wonderful complex for my husband and I this past year. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! If you have any maintenance issues they are very quick to respond and take care of it. Dronfield Mountain View II review
August 6, 2022I've stayed here for more than a year and have had an amazing time with no issues whatsoever. The property is well looked after, maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the property manager is very responsive about any concerns. They've added paintings and plants to liven up the space and have also upgraded the washing machines recently so that's also a plus. Haven't heard of any safety issues either.
