I had a scheduled tour and no one ever showed up. I left after an hour of waiting. It like they don’t want your money. No one ever reached out to me either. It looks like a very nice place to live but they just don’t want your money.

Quiet complex with great features!

Dronfield Apartments has been a wonderful complex for my husband and I this past year. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops in walking or driving distance! The complex is always clean and well taken care of with easy on site laundry, parking and a pool. We love our apartment and everything that comes with it!

Its a beautiful apartment building with wonderful neighbors and a great manager(Melissa)who is always available to answer any question you have. If you have any maintenance issues they are very quick to respond and take care of it. My family and I enjoy living here, the location is fantastic and we are so thankful for our new apartment.I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

I've stayed here for more than a year and have had an amazing time with no issues whatsoever. The property is well looked after, maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the property manager is very responsive about any concerns. They've added paintings and plants to liven up the space and have also upgraded the washing machines recently so that's also a plus. Haven't heard of any safety issues either.
Would definitely recommend checking out if you're planning to move to this area!

I appreciate the help I got when I first applied to move in. The manager was very helpful with process. The place is mostly kept clean and when it's not clean, it's the tenants disregard to others that mess it up for the rest. So far it's been a great place for my family.
