I have experienced a mouse issue here , there are Rats by the dumpsters, currently experiencing a Severe roach infestation that has been going on for months. Even in the midst of exterminations, the problem will not stop. A fellow resident warned me of all of this before I moved in, and everything they said was true. The property management company, like the actual LLC, is very negligent, non-cooperative, and money hungry and unwilling to get to the root of the issue but would rather patch things ...
over and expect people to bear with it while paying market rent. I wish that I had made a better decision, this is by far the worst places I have ever resided, I do not feel like the company cares about the people that live here.

Current tenant.
Don’t move here unless you want to be evicted for the smallest noise ever excluding Baltimore County’s noise ordinance. I guess it’s time to be the petty neighbor. I’m complaining for the smallest peep of noise after 9 pm on weekdays and 10 pm on weekends.
Apartment has mice and roaches and maintenance is incompetent.
It’s cold during the winter.
Closets are smaller than a janitorial closet.
No parking even though it’s permit parking only.
Leasing office does not ...
provide advance communication when closing leasing office.
The only good about this apartment is the price and the area. I should have believed the reviews.

I lived at DRUMCASTLE in the 80’s and early 90’s and it was very nice! It breaks my heart to drive around there now. The place looks a mess, it looks like a completely different complex! Whoever owns it in the past 20 years has not cared about it and put no money in keeping it nice! Very Sad to see such a nice community look so bad!

This is one one the worst place to live in Baltimore MD. The buildings are very old Maintenance and office staff are rarely any help and the condition of the property is in deplorable condition. Its overrun with bed bugs and roaches and mice. In the basement of the laundry room there are big holes in the wall where a family of Big Rats live! The carpeting is old and freely, appliances outdated mold spores in the bathroom leaking faucets and refrigerators. Hot in the summer freezing in the winter. ...

I've lived here for four years and it was a terrible experience. First of all Maintenance do not repair things in a timely matter, it's over run with bedbugs and mice, apartments are old and moldy electrical system not up to code and poorly maintained. Also, they will make up phony repairs after you move out just to keep your security deposit. Avoid this place at all cost

There are apartments full of roches and mice and bed bugs. Care-takers does not treat you in a well-manner. They dont paint or remove carpet unless you move. They blame you for everything. They dont even provide security guard as it is unsafe area at night time.
