I stayed in this place for over a year. It's an old apartment in general. Environment is not good, because it is very closed to neighboring buildings, and there were always construction noise through the whole summer. Communication with the management sucks! It is a private property, but you cannot directly contact landlord. Everything has to be through an agent, who was actually my neighbor there. The most annoying part to me is its landlord tried very hard to squeeze out the deposit with all ...
none-sense cost items when I moved out. I've been doing rental for over 10 years across US, this is definitely the most ridiculous landlord I have ever met.
