We lived there for five years and experienced rudeness and unprofessionalism from the management the entire time. I wouldn't recommend anyone move there, as the management consists of unprofessional people.
Also, be prepared for them to take your entire deposit and charge you extra, even though nothing is broken in the apartment. Any attempts to discuss issues with them are met with a lack of cooperation.

Additionally, be prepared for them to tow your car at any moment without reason. If you go to the office to ask about it, you will likely just be yelled at.
They have freezing pools packed with chemicals, so swimming is impossible, and you might even catch an infection.
When moving in, be prepared for management to present a seven-year-old, dirty carpet as brand new, and then try to charge you for it when you leave. The same deceptive practice applies to an old, worn-out stove that they will claim is new upon your departure.
