July 10, 2020The staff is excellent! So pleasant and kind. The location is the best and very walkable! The apartment units are also quality. I've lived here for 3 years and have never had an appliance break! Unlike other apartments, I've never had any issues with noise or pests. I will be renewing my lease here again! If I could give this place more stars I would! This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in! May 20, 2020If you are thinking of moving to Dry Creek Meadows, you can do it without any trouble. They are friendly and helpful always. We just shifted here 13 months ago. I am living here with my boyfriend like a little family. Though we faced some maintenance issues at the beginning. As we work from home and our ac is not working properly and leaking water so frequently; just after our complaint they took immediate action and fixed up the line. We had to face trouble for a few days for the maintenance but ...after that, we didn’t face that much trouble. We also loved the location. The views were spectacular from the great room and the master bedroom, and the space was large and airy. The kitchen and whole apartment was well-equipped. I lived for 2 years and I would definitely do it again. The owners are fantastic and very helpful. October 22, 2019We found the location was extremely convenient with transport, restaurants and supermarkets all close by. The apartment was very nice and clean and everything was in good condition. The kitchen had a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove - and I think there was a microwave too. Parking is available, very easy to use. The staff has welcomed us warmly, they were very helpful. Good value for money and we are very impressed! I would definitely recommend Dry Creek Meadows Apartments to anyone that wants the ...comfort of feeling home in Clovis!
