My husband and I have lived at Dryden for almost a year now and absolutely love it!! The townhomes were newly renovated when we moved in which was been amazing! It is located in a safe and convenient area with a neighborhood walmart and sam’s club down the street, reasonable pricing for rent, and they allow pets!! highly recommend!!

we have had a great experience at dryden. these are very cute townhomes and the renovations are very nice, and the property is continuing to improve every week. any time we have had issues, maintenance is very quick to respond and security is as well, although we’ve luckily only needed them once. i’m always recommending dryden :)

I've lived at Dryden Place for going on 3 years now and love it. I have a nice two story townhome with access to a swimming pool and washer and dryer facilities. In the time I've lived here it has been an enjoyable, nice quiet place to live. And they do exceptional at fast response to all maintenance issues and keep the grounds clean and the landscape groomed regularly. I highly recommend checking Dryden Place out if you're looking for an affordable, well kept place to live!
