Amazing place!
January 23, 2026I really loved living here. The location is amazing. The building itself is well kept. The apartment units are also really nice. The underground garage is amazing to have especially in the winter. The road can add some noise, but that’s expected anywhere unless you’re truly in the middle of nowhere. I’m surprised by some reviews mentioning poor communication, because the property managers have always been great to work with. They reply to my messages quickly, are very professional, and make ...everything easy. The property is kept clean, and they’re always looking for ways to improve the experience. Great Experience
January 4, 2026I have rented from quite a few different companies. While no company is perfect, this company has been very helpful. Communication Issues
November 13, 2025Overall, I regret moving here. It's quite expensive considering there are no amenities to speak of. The location is good as far as being near most of what you would need, but the roundabout is incredibly loud at night. There have also been quite a few communication issues with the building manager, which often get a response of "we are understaffed so there is nothing I can do about it". Also, currently the parking situation is horrible. Not enough space for the size of the building and there are ...no lines painted to keep it orderly. The apartment itself is nice enough but doesn't outweigh the cons at the given moment. Overall Nice Apartment, Poor Management Experience
July 15, 2025We’ve overall been happy with the apartment itself — it’s a nice space in a good location. However, our experience with the management and communication has been consistently frustrating. When we moved in, the apartment was not properly cleaned following construction, and we even found moldy pizza left in the fridge — not a great first impression. Since then, the organization and communication from management have continued to be disappointing. Communication is poor at best. Emails are often ...vague, and it’s unclear whether messages apply to Duck Creek or other properties owned by the company (like the ones in Appleton). We’ve also had a very difficult time getting in touch with the property manager — phone calls go unanswered and voicemails are rarely, if ever, returned. We attempted to renew a 12-month lease and were told the property is moving to month-to-month only, but they refused to put any of that in writing. This lack of transparency is concerning and unprofessional. Amenities like the new fitness center were announced with a single, unhelpful line in an email — no hours, location, or any guidance on how to access it. It feels like tenants are constantly left in the dark. In short, while we enjoy the apartment itself, the property management leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn't do it again
August 1, 2024I appreciate that the property is new but the process outside of friendly property managers has been disappointing at best. 1) We moved during the winter at a time they had been advertising 1 month rent free but when I asked about it, they told us it wouldn't apply to March even though that is when the unit was available. They are currently advertising 1 month rent free again but plan on that being false advertising. 2) Instead of needing 3x the rent as a married couple, they required us to ...have 6x the rent in income which we pulled off but was ridiculous. 3) Notifications about rent, leases, bills are not communicated or communicated unprofessionally or in one-liners. No notice was even received about the first quarterly utility billing. Tenants were not informed and utilities were deducted automatically. 4) The common stairwell in our unit was never fully cleaned/finished and apparently tenants are to assume the cleanliness of the common area because there isn't maintenance or support readily available for basic things. We do love the location. Now that we are here, we will enjoy it until we move out, but I wouldn't recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
