Old apartments and bad owners
February 16, 2026These apartments are very old and pretty gross. They haven’t been properly cleaned or updated in a long time but they continue to raise rent prices anyway. They are way too expensive for what you get and the staff is rude and non responsive. They tried to charge me an my roommates a bunch of ridiculous move out fees and then refused to respond to our disputes. The maintenance team was also nonexistent. Many reasons why we left. Poor management
February 5, 2026Poor and rude management. Unprofessional and are just trying to leech more and more of your money. Predatory and uncooperative. Would recommend seeing another complex or if new management comes into play. Also you cannot have them take their furniture including bed out of unit. Duck's Village has a great maintenance team, great professional staff, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. The best part is, you feel at home no matter how long you live there.
