November 17, 2023I've lived in Duck's Village for more than 4 years and honestly it's a great place if you're a student or worker that seeks someplace quiet, away from downtown, and great scenery. Duck's Village has a great maintenance team, great professional staff, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. The best part is, you feel at home no matter how long you live there. August 14, 2023Staff look at you when you walk into the office like you are a nuisance to them. Maintenance requests can take a long time and often times they don't even fix the problem. March 22, 2023Rent is too expensive given for what you get in the facilities. The maintenance guys are awesome but it's clear that management tells them to fix problems in the cheapest way possible.
