Incredibly inflexible management who will not bend the rules even when it is their own fault. For example, when I moved in I provided all of the proper documentation upfront (proof of insurance, driver's license, etc. to get a parking pass. They were unable to provide a parking pass and so they gave me a guest pass. I then had to get a new guest pass every couple of days until I ran out of my "allowed guest pass days." Than I ended up having to pay for parking elsewhere (roughly a mile away) all ...
before they finally figured out the parking thing.
In short, lets just say there is a reason this complex is known as the place that out of state people move into and move out after their lease is up.

Management continuously makes promises that they either cannot keep or never cared to keep in the first place. Do not get trapped into a lease here. I moved here out of for cheap schooling and ridiculous fees have kept from being able to move to a better apartment that's actually worth the amount I was originally charged, that unsurprisingly increased and will continue to increase.

Water Outages, Water Quality Issues

There have been three water outages at my apartment in the last three months, and the water keeps coming out brown. I have submitted multiple work orders on this issue, but every time a maintenance person comes, they just say that they need to call their boss about this, and they leave. Other tenants in my building have had a similar problem. We need a lasting, durable fix to our plumbing issues, and we deserve a water quality test to know if the water we use to shower, wash, and drink with is ...

Contact Andre he is the best. Any time I had an issue he was the one to fix it and make it right. He is fast and talks to you like your human. Respect. Also, my family and I have been here for about 6 years and never had nor seen a bug in our apartment except for spiders very little. You follow the rules, and you'll enjoy this place. Parking can be a toothache sometimes but manageable.

Do not live here. The walls are paper thin. Management is a joke. Every other month maintenance is entering your apartment to “check” or replace something. Crime is very high. They have a tow company that removes peoples car in the middle of the night even if parked legally. Rents constantly increase. Pool and gym are overcrowded or closed for “maintenance”. Save your money and sanity. Live elsewhere!

I did not live here but I came to look at the place since I am moving to the area for grad school. Saw their model apartment. The floors were uneven clearly there were problems in the foundation. In the 5 minutes we were in the model apartment this poor lady, living here, had her car stolen in the middle of the day! Forget that! It means that people living in the apartments will steal from you if they have the chance or that people hang around their looking for people to rob you. They the lady ...

The apartments themselves aren't too bad if you don't have high standards, but management has put into place an absurd and stifling parking policy. You essentially aren't allowed to have guests over in the evening unless you coordinate in advance with the leasing office, and even then, your guests can't arrive in more than 2 cars. Otherwise, their cars will be towed by the 3rd party towing company that prowls the apartment complex every night. There's plenty of parking available - the policy ...

Those writing on other sites about crime problems, fake reviews, etc., are all absolutely correct. There are frequent burglaries/shootings, and people are being bribed to write good reviews. Crazy that they would pay that kind of money for a good review, but won't fix a broken policy to get one. The "Relaxing and close to store" review on this site is obviously and laughably fake.
Also, note that walls are paper thin (despite the lead paint in the walls, which they don't tell you about until you're signing lease paperwork). I can hear my neighbor's xbox turn on. That isn't a loud noise that should be carrying through a wall.
