The apartments are nice and the maintenance staff is super helpful and prompt. We hardly ever have issues and we like living here. I think that the value for the money isn’t the best, as there aren’t many amenities and the kitchens have very little storage or counter space.

Living here the past 5 years has been a pleasure. Duncan Hill is a community unlike no other. There’s so much green space for the dogs, the BBQ grill is amazing in the summer, and the people are always welcoming/ willing to help!

Rent is too high. The new toilets are tiny.
We need speed bumps because people just speed through the parking lot. That's it.

We have been residents since 2020 and have loved the community feeling here. We are grateful for our kids to grow up here, where it's safe and families look out for each other.

I like the maintenance guys and the people in the leasing office.
I hate the new tiny kid-sized toilets and the big rent increases and the lack of speed bumps in the driveways.
Some residents and delivery drivers just fly through the driveways with no concern for pedestrians.
Also, the speed of the shared internet has gone down.
