Unprofessional Management

The lady that runs the office is never there and she does not uphold her responsibilities and a lot of tenants are having to deal with maintenance not being done in a proper time frame. When you go to talk with her she is never there and I wonder if the extra money she is charging people are being reported there is no way that people who try to re certify with her can because she is never there. We as tenants here expect the same respect as others as far as being able to speak with her in a ...
timely manner and to be talked to as adults since we all are adults. Very disappointed in management and this is a great place to live if the manager performed her duties in a professional way at all times. Parking were people can not see your car is not being a professional manager as well as never being in the office for someone to reach you nor returning messages as well.
