February 7, 2026The place is great, but the floor is starting to pop up in some spots and there are some issues with bugs. I don't like that I have to pay for trash service and trash valet, but my busiest trash days I get no service and can't leave my trash out for when they will pick it up Sunday. I wind up taking my trash to the compactor myself as often as the valet pucks it up but still have to pay for the service. Same thing with the pest control. I pay for pest control but still have to buy bug killer ...baits myself anyway. The size if the air filters are uncommon too and I have to buy them from the hardware store since the size isn't offered in bulk at bjs or at the regular grocery store nearby. My wife and my cars have both been attempted to break into as well and there have been cops banging on our door before too. We thought living next to the sheriff's office would reduce the crime. The place is big and nice but the nickel and dime charges and crime bring it down.Property Manager Responded

The office staff doesn't return voicemails in a timely manner so if you don't get through you're better off calling back instead of leaving a message but when you do get them on the phone they're generally very helpful.Property Manager Responded
