June 29, 2025One thing I can absolutely give the property credit for that is anytime I’ve brought to their attention. I’ve had an issue as a regard to maintenance issue. It has been resolved within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve never had an issue I wish they had more of a security there. The neighbors can get a bit rambunctious playing Domino’s on their front porch in the townhouses can get busy, but fortunately they’re not out too late.Property Manager Responded

May 14, 2025Getting any info from the office about the lease was such an infuriating experience due to the lack of any communication for days, when I'm arriving in less than a week. The fact that my unit's price unexpectedly increased after I had already paid the application fees was such a backhanded occurrence, like they really will take every cent from you they can! The lack of any parking spaces at my building past 6 pm is insane, I'm forced to park by the front office after work every day it's very ...frustrating as a resident.Property Manager Responded

April 29, 2025Carolina provided a very good experience and service, from the tour to the help with the application process. The place is charming, with a beautiful view, very cozy and quiet. We've been here for three days, but we're happy with the community and the benefits it offers. The apartment is very comfortable and its facilities are modern.Property Manager Responded

April 27, 2025Carolina provided excellent service throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the delivery of the key. The apartment was delivered in good condition, however, some improvements could be made in cleaning and checking certain details.
