May 18, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comStill have trouble with bugs and still annoyed about the trash thing. I even got charged for having 3 bags after a long weekend of no trash pickup. When I went to discuss how screwed up it is to force someone to pay for trash valet that doesn't always pick up (even on days they're supposed to, I have photos) then charge them again for having trash back up by trying to use the service you're forced to pay for, the leasing agent in the office got in my face like he was trying to intimidate me. ...The actual manager is amazing and waived the charge and always tries to help but the place still has problems. I can't give it more than a 2 now. It's a beautiful property and the apartment is nice but the lack of responsiveness to problems and the nickle and diming over the trash are really annoying.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

We would tell our friends and family to give give Dunson grove leaderboard a try.. As far as living in Dunson grove luxury apartments our children have had a great experience here they made a lot of friends and there's so much to do in the community, and it's peaceful, quiet and very safe. All the neighbors are kind, compassionate, and helpful. It's been a pleasure to live here. Its also very pet ...friend. The staff is always very helpful and kind. The gym, the children's park area, the sidewalk, the dog spa, as well as the dog run/park, the public restrooms, the club house and the pool area is all very clean and cared for.
