    Decent quality at a good price for the size. The office staff doesn't return voicemails in a timely manner so if you don't get through you're better off calling back instead of leaving a message but when you do get them on the phone they're generally very helpful.

    So friendly and helpful during the application process and getting things done for move in! I love everything about my apartment. They do everything they can to make sure your process is smooth and you feel welcomed!

    One thing I can absolutely give the property credit for that is anytime I’ve brought to their attention. I’ve had an issue as a regard to maintenance issue. It has been resolved within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve never had an issue I wish they had more of a security there. The neighbors can get a bit rambunctious playing Domino’s on their front porch in the townhouses can get busy, but fortunately they’re not out too late.

    Since we moved in, everything has been smooth! Any requests have been addressed promptly and the office staff is super responsive. The community is great and my neighbors are really friendly.
