Still have trouble with bugs and still annoyed about the trash thing. I even got charged for having 3 bags after a long weekend of no trash pickup. When I went to discuss how screwed up it is to force someone to pay for trash valet that doesn't always pick up (even on days they're supposed to, I have photos) then charge them again for having trash back up by trying to use the service you're forced to pay for, the leasing agent in the office got in my face like he was trying to intimidate me. ...
The actual manager is amazing and waived the charge and always tries to help but the place still has problems. I can't give it more than a 2 now. It's a beautiful property and the apartment is nice but the lack of responsiveness to problems and the nickle and diming over the trash are really annoying.
