Dirty and slow maintenance
January 16, 2022Don’t do it! Took them 3 months to fix my oven (which is a breach of habitability) and never offered any type of discount in rent for their slow maintenance. Also every thing in the comped is cheap and dirty. Run far awayReview from Apartments.com

Great place to rent
July 8, 2019I made my appointment I was greeted with a hand shake and a big smile I usually don't get treated this nice when I go appartment hunting. Smee took me around and showed me the renovated gym with the media center and their beautiful model. I would definitely be coming back this is an awesome place to rent.Review from Apartments.com

September 14, 2015This is my first apartment and I am not satisfied. The neighborhood is not kept clean, even though the maintenance people come through and clean it every once and a while. The apartment looked clean when we first did a walk through, little did I know, they painted EVERYTHING to make it seem like they cleaned it. The tubs and sinks have hair in them from previous owners (disgusting), and the air in the apartments barley work. Slow Maintenance
September 2, 2015This apartment seemed perfect when we first moved in but now after 3 years I have observed several problems. Maintenance is pretty slow and the leasing agents are not courteous. We had a problem with our air condition and were trying to get them to fix it, first they came out and said it needed freon but it worked for a week then stopped working again so we called again and then they took 2 weeks to come out again only to tell us it needed a part they had to order and it would be there the next ...day. The next day came and no maintenance and no phone call from them. We went back and forth with maintenance and management for a month trying to get out air conditioner completely fixed properly. A nice starter place, not the best school district.
August 2, 2015I have lived in Dunwoody Glen for a little over a year now. I recently renewed my lease under circumstances beyond my control but I was not upset about having to stay. I like to not be bothered they usually do a good job at that. About 3 times a year they will do mandatory pest control and fire inspections. The office staff is usually SUPER busy but usually pretty good about getting stuff done with follow up. I'm in a 2 bedroom townhouse unit and my ONLY complaint is how hot it gets upstairs. But ...I guess that's the price you pay with a townhouse. My only complaint about the overall neighborhood is these fowl-mouthed, ill-behaved, children. They run around unsupervised, kicking balls at cars and acting out "jumping each other into gangs". Watched that.... Overall it's not the worst place, and the only reason I rated 4 stars was because if those are my only complaints then I'm doing ok. Roomy and great for families
July 21, 2015I've been living here for a year and dont have any real problems. Theres a lot of room to place soccer for the kids a nice size pool. And maintenance is always helpful. Whenever we call they come the same day or the next day. The only problem is the upstairs is 10 degress hotter than the main floor and the walls are made out of paper.Property Manager Responded
