Great place to live in the center of everything
August 26, 2022I love my apartment. The location is unbeatable. It's a 5 min walk to the metro, there's a fancy grocery store a block away and a cheaper one a 10 min walk away. You can easily walk to so many restaurants on the way to and on 14th street and also in adams morgan. I personally love the building. We may not have central air and in unit washer/dryers but I find it a great trade off for the location and price. The hallways are always clean, the restricted building access makes it so packages get ...delivered safely and there's an amazon hub. The property manager is the absolute best. He is the most attentive manager I've ever had and will fix any problem almost immediately. He also made moving in so easy by delivering furniture to my apt before I was able to move in. They're also pet friendly. I find it hard to beat this place for the price, location, and experience and I feel lucky to have found it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
