I wanted to take a moment to share my experience living here so far, and to be honest, it has been frustrating since day one. The day I moved in, someone hit my car and then aggressively confronted me, even though they were at fault. Another time, I was simply getting out of my car when a neighbor rudely told me to wait until they left. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed that people here can be extremely rude—but that’s not even my main concern.
Since I moved in just a month ago, the maintenance team ...
has already been in my unit six times because of constant issues. The toilet doesn’t work properly, the ceiling fan lost screws, and despite supposed pest control, there are still bugs. On top of that, the noise level is unbearable—I can hear everything from the next apartment, including my neighbor coughing every single day as if they were in my own unit.

Staff are friendly however I had a lot of bugs in my apartment. The apartment helped by spraying bug spray however it wasn’t that effective.

Aside from it being affordable and that it is near a park that’s really the only perks I can give it. Front office can be rude and maintenance does not communicate. I’ve had no air conditioning outside of a window unit that was installed wrong and leaked all over my floor and ruined my carpet since July (it’s October as I write this) and multiple attempts have failed to fix anything and I’m never informed of anything going on when maintenance is coming or the end results

The best and affordable apartment I have had since moving to Nashville from Montana years ago! Love having the park nearby, apartment is spaced out well with onsite laundry, and the commute is quite manageable!
