McKayla and Eric are awesome at what they do - keeping the building safe when it snows, clean when there’s parties, and a pleasure to live where it’s close to schools, town, and main roads. The in-unit washer and dryer were life savers. My only concern is the ventilation isn’t great, so the fire alarm is more than a regular occurrence here. Otherwise, very much recommend particularly for students and traveling professionals.

I love being near other college students and the apartment is fully furnished and nice to live in. The issues I have is a lot of things keep breaking in our apartment such as our stove, heat, water etc. when we moved in there was cat litter and poop and ants I had to clean myself on move in day. I wish they’d clean the apartments more.

me and my boyfriend have been living here for school since june 1st. it has been great so far. its perfect for people like us, you have everything you need. only thing i would say is that there can be some noise on the weekends from college kids partying but other than that its been amazing.

Took 2 weeks to get ethernet. When they finally sent someone to investigate it turned out like half of the wires that were supposed to hook up to ethernet and electrical outlets were just cut and left bare in the access panel. Constantly hear bugs in the walls. I don't think this place is up to code.

I haven’t officially moved in quite yet but the staff at Dwell85 have been extremely helpful with answering any questions I have and being patient with me. I can’t wait to move in.
