November 1, 2024I love being near other college students and the apartment is fully furnished and nice to live in. The issues I have is a lot of things keep breaking in our apartment such as our stove, heat, water etc. when we moved in there was cat litter and poop and ants I had to clean myself on move in day. October 11, 2024me and my boyfriend have been living here for school since june 1st. it has been great so far. its perfect for people like us, you have everything you need. only thing i would say is that there can be some noise on the weekends from college kids partying but other than that its been amazing.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024Took 2 weeks to get ethernet. When they finally sent someone to investigate it turned out like half of the wires that were supposed to hook up to ethernet and electrical outlets were just cut and left bare in the access panel. Constantly hear bugs in the walls. I don't think this place is up to code.Property Manager Responded

Okay place to live, management is incompetent
June 13, 2022The building itself is well designed, but the manager clearly has no idea what he's doing. Parking is never enforced, there is constantly cars without handicapped markers in the handicapped spots and management refuses to tow. When this place first opened, there were lots of nice young women working for the front office, but they all quit due to having to do the manager's job for him. Also, maintenance requests take 2-3 weeks at best. Generally a very unorganized property, and rent is almost ...doubling for the coming year. You can certainly find somewhere better for less money.Property Manager Responded
