November 28, 2023They have great amenities and nice places to hang out around. Everyone is great in this community, I had to move to Orlando in a rush, and I called a couple of apartment offices to get settled. Dwell were the only ones who returned my call within an hour! they have great service. apartment is amazing and always clean, and I never complain about any noises around. they keep coffee for everyone all day long for residents. they're a dog friendly community with a great dog park maintenance team ...are great, always happy to help.Property Manager Responded

January 5, 2018So I am at the Dwell today to see an apartment, the sign says back at 2:15so I wait 30minutes and then at 2:30 the guy shows up and then when I say I’m here to see an apartment he has the nerve to say come back at 3 so I can go eat lunch. What a jokeReview from Apartments.com

August 19, 2015Dwell Luxury Apartments is a great place to live. Very spacious living environment, and always welcoming. Dwell Apartments
August 14, 2015This is a really nice 4 story apartment complex with the typical resident being the professional suit and tie type and very friendly. The entire set of apartments are in the same building "structure," which looks like a figure 8 from above. All hallways are indoors and temperature controlled. There is a secure and connected 4-story parking garage that always has plenty of spaces, and you have the option to purchase a specific spot if that's your thing. All entry points require scanning your ...electronic key and definitely give you some peace of mind security-wise. The pool, zen garden, and club house areas are especially nice and make for excellent spaces to host small get-togethers. Dwell does provide free breakfasts every month (for the first week of every month) and host social events every few months (free to the residents and guests). There are many other features that make this apartment complex worth a look but anyway, if you can't tell, my wife and I love it here and have been here going on 3 years! This is easily the best apartment complex my wife and I have stayed in and should be on the top of your list in this area!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
