I've lived here for over 7 years, and have had almost no real issues. The maintenance staff is incredibly fast, helpful, and try to permanently fix problems when they come up (not just a patch). The front office staff responds quickly, and is always a pleasure to work with. The location is great. Being just off i4 means I can get to anywhere and back in Orlando fast. I highly recommend living here! Shout-out to Carlos, Nikki, Jeremy, and Fabian!

They have great amenities and nice places to hang out around. Everyone is great in this community, I had to move to Orlando in a rush, and I called a couple of apartment offices to get settled. So I am at the Dwell today to see an apartment, the sign says back at 2:15so I wait 30minutes and then at 2:30 the guy shows up and then when I say I’m here to see an apartment he has the nerve to say come back at 3 so I can go eat lunch. What a joke

Dwell Luxury Apartments is a great place to live. Very spacious living environment, and always welcoming. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the amenities such as the pool are top-notch. Whenever friends come to visit they tell me it feels like a hotel. Great place!

This is a really nice 4 story apartment complex with the typical resident being the professional suit and tie type and very friendly. The entire set of apartments are in the same building "structure," which looks like a figure 8 from above. All hallways are indoors and temperature controlled. There is a secure and connected 4-story parking garage that always has plenty of spaces, and you have the option to purchase a specific spot if that's your thing. electronic key and definitely give you some peace of mind security-wise. The pool, zen garden, and club house areas are especially nice and make for excellent spaces to host small get-togethers. Dwell does provide free breakfasts every month (for the first week of every month) and host social events every few months (free to the residents and guests). There are many other features that make this apartment complex worth a look but anyway, if you can't tell, my wife and I love it here and have been here going on 3 years! This is easily the best apartment complex my wife and I have stayed in and should be on the top of your list in this area!
