if you are running specials claiming the admin and application fee would be refunded if not approved, you should abide by that. $250 down the drain that could've been used elsewhere. I called numerous times for my money back and have yet to reach any solution. PATHETIC

The level of unprofessionalism here is extremely disappointing. My maintenance requests have gone unaddressed for over four months, and when someone does come to the apartment, only a portion of the issues noted during the pre-move-in inspection audit are handled. Additionally, when I ask the leasing office for a timeframe on when the remaining concerns will be resolved, I’m met with attitude and no follow-up calls.
