February 16, 2026The level of unprofessionalism here is extremely disappointing. My maintenance requests have gone unaddressed for over four months, and when someone does come to the apartment, only a portion of the issues noted during the pre-move-in inspection audit are handled. Additionally, when I ask the leasing office for a timeframe on when the remaining concerns will be resolved, I’m met with attitude and no follow-up calls. I have also contacted corporate and left several voicemails, yet no one has ...responded.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2024Everyone should know that this apartment complex is income restricted. You wouldn't know that because it is not listed anywhere on apartments.com or their website, dwellatgreenridge.com. Not only that during an in person visit, it was not even discussed. This is the first question that should have been asked. How much do you make and if its too much you cant rent here.
