December 4, 2025I love it here. I’ve lived here a little over a year. Maintenance can be really *on it* for some things… but other things, not so much. It helps to know the people working in the office if it is a glaring issue but even then understand it gets busy and things still might slip through the cracks because people are human. I keep a very clean place so don’t have any pest issues, I also live on the top floor. Utility bill is decent, water bill is fair. Great apartments.Property Manager Responded

I had a lot of worry when I first moved here since I’m from the northwest and there’s a lot of different things here that I’m not used to for example roaches, my brothers apartment had that issue for a while and when I was finding one here, I was really worried. But this apartment complex has been amazing. I haven’t had a single bug issue. I had a maintenance request. It was fixed the next day. They are always super nice at the office.
