December 28, 2025Been here for almost 9 years and overall good experience. Maintenance is usually quick to fix things as needed. Only issue is our hallway can get nasty from the trash pick up so it would be nice to have them cleaned more often but overall great location and would recommend to others.Property Manager Responded

December 4, 2025I love it here. I’ve lived here a little over a year. Maintenance can be really *on it* for some things… but other things, not so much. It helps to know the people working in the office if it is a glaring issue but even then understand it gets busy and things still might slip through the cracks because people are human. I keep a very clean place so don’t have any pest issues, I also live on the top floor. Utility bill is decent, water bill is fair. Great apartments.Property Manager Responded

October 28, 2025I absolutely love it here. I had a lot of worry when I first moved here since I’m from the northwest and there’s a lot of different things here that I’m not used to for example roaches, my brothers apartment had that issue for a while and when I was finding one here, I was really worried. But this apartment complex has been amazing. I haven’t had a single bug issue. I had a maintenance request. It was fixed the next day. They are always super nice at the office.
