Dwell has become a run down complex !
March 25, 2023I renewed my lease ONLY because I was promised this dump will get better but nothing has been repaired or remodeled and it only gone down hill even more it a dump !!!!Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2022Our lease renewed with a very high rental rate, and there was no ability for me to negotiate. It went up 24 percent, which for us amounted to an annual increase of $5,000.
