Great apartments, even better staff. I have lived here for a few months and have been super happy here. Jennah and Paul are super helpful and have been very responsive and quick to answer any questions I have had. I had a few couple small maintenance requests and they got fixed super quickly and without any disruption to my day.

I loved my move in process it was very easy and quick. When I did the application Janella assisted me with everything. If I had any questions she answered them for me and also gave me any information I may have needed. It took 1 week from doing the application to me moving it the process was very quick and I loved that. Since I’ve been here I only had 1 quick fix problem which they solved very quickly. I used my portal to put in a maintenance request and they were here on time in the day I ...

This is worse place I have ever lived by far, between the mold and the roaches you will not be able to look at anything inside your apartment the same again. This place deserves to be condemned and is not worth even the lowest rate they charge. Live with a family member, find a roommate, do whatever you have to do to avoid this place. They have such an amazing maintenance team, an awesome leasing team that cares about their tenants, a community coordinator that engages with spectacular events and workshops for every resident, and much more!

Save yourself the money and move somewhere else. The apartments aren’t worth what they’re priced for and there is a nonstop slew of roaches throughout my apartment. I fumigated my apartment twice within a year and it doesn’t help. I’ve lived here since July 2018 and I’m moving out as of July 2019. The neighbors leave their trash everywhere and no one picks up after their dogs. The neighbors are also insanely rude and their kids are out cursing and screaming until about 9:30 at night, every ...

I read reviews on these apartments before I moved here last year in October and I was honestly concerned but I haven't had any issues since we moved here. It's quiet at night and kid friendly. I would definitely renew my lease with them another year.
