DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 27, 2020This is worse place I have ever lived by far, between the mold and the roaches you will not be able to look at anything inside your apartment the same again. This place deserves to be condemned and is not worth even the lowest rate they charge. Live with a family member, find a roommate, do whatever you have to do to avoid this place. Moving here is one of the worst choices I’ve ever made and I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. KEEP LOOKING!!!!!
April 28, 2019Save yourself the money and move somewhere else. The apartments aren’t worth what they’re priced for and there is a nonstop slew of roaches throughout my apartment. I fumigated my apartment twice within a year and it doesn’t help. I’ve lived here since July 2018 and I’m moving out as of July 2019. The neighbors leave their trash everywhere and no one picks up after their dogs. The neighbors are also insanely rude and their kids are out cursing and screaming until about 9:30 at night, every ...night. If you’re lucky you might even smell marijuana in the morning. The gate is broken once every two weeks and the water is shut off at least once a month. Sometimes the police patrol the complex just because of the area. Worst Apartment Complex Ever!!!
December 15, 2016Don't ever move here. The property is crawling with rats that the company refuses to do anything useful about. They don't make repairs. They show no concern for their tenants. Dangerous
January 29, 2016I was a tenant from July 2015 until my place was broken into on Christmas. Thankfully, I was not home. There had been a string of break ins in the community that no one was aware about because the tenants were never informed. I felt so violated and endangered that I decided to terminate my lease and get out of there immediately. Do not move here. The communication skills are horrible and despite the gate being up, it never functions and there are no guards on site.Review from Apartments.com
