Had a tour scheduled, but they never showed
January 25, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comMy fiancé and I scheduled with this property twice now. The 1st time they confirmed a tour with us was on 1/24/2025. They then stated they did not have us scheduled for a tour, so we scheduled one for the following day. We arrived at 10:00a.m. for our tour and as of writing this review, it is now 10:22a.m. and still no word from the property on if we will be able to tour the residence. A shame that they are considered professional management with such poor communication. How disappointing.Property Manager Responded

November 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comDon’t waste your time trying to tour this property. They won’t ever show up. They have a national phone service that schedule your tours but don’t actually communicate to the property managers that they have a tour. I waited over 30min. I hate to find out how crappy they are to their tenants of this is how they treat people that are looking to live thereProperty Manager Responded
