Great place to live. They are safe and brand new apartments. The staff is friendly and the amenities are excellent. The pool/cabana, gym, and dog wash station are my favorite. I have yet to use the fire pit and grills but I look forward to it in the near future!

I cannot say enough good things about Eaton Ranch. From the application process, to receiving my keys and moving in, along with the continuous help that I’ve received from the entire staff, they have made my move here absolutely seamless! I have to give so much credit to their leasing office staff, especially Brittany and Kylee, along with Sean in maintenance! Not to mention the fact that this is one of the nicest brand new properties in Chico. Trust me, if you have the opportunity to live here, ...
