July 31, 2024You get one parking spot per apartment and then everything else is pretty much blocked off for residents to access. You’ll have to fight with trying to make sure you beat the parking enforcement lady in the mornings before she gives you a ticket for parking where you live. Dogs relieve themselves in the halls and the carpets are stained everywhere. Trying to get work orders completed is a gamble on if the one maintenance worker can make it to you. They’ll outsource any work needed to be done in ...your apartment to bs contractors that take months to even begin starting their work IF they decide to even schedule it. The pipes from the sinks smell and you can tell there was a lot of rushed additions to the units. While the apartment is generally a nice looking place, its aesthetic is diminished when you have trash rooms over flowing with garbage and CONSTANT POWER OUTAGES. The induction stove plus the pots/pans they give you are trash. The pool is dirty and they don’t uphold any sort of living standards. 10/10 would not have moved here to begin with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
