The building is beautifully designed and truly lives up to its sustainability promise — from rooftop solar and water-saving systems to EV chargers and energy-efficient appliances. The units are modern, quiet, and full of natural light. The location in Roosevelt Row couldn’t be better — walkable to parks, art, food, and nightlife. Staff has been responsive and friendly, and the rooftop pool is a huge bonus. It’s a bit pricier than average, but worth it for the ...
