If you love water this is the place for you!
October 29, 2021Top floor is completely flooded every time is rains. So much that towels are placed in front of doorways to prevent the apartments from flooding too much. Buckets line the hallways to collect rain water for when the water you use is turned off.Review from Apartments.com
