    Amanda And Whitney are the best! They work with you when you move in and they answer any questions that may come up. Maintenance is quick to fix things as well. Nice place to live. Kid friendly neighborhood. A lot of dog lovers too.

    The apartments are very nice and spacious. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade, but overall my apartment is nice. The office and maintenance staff is wonderful and they do a great job with the upkeep of the grounds throughout the property.

    My Husband and I have just signed our second Lease, our building feels like old time family, neighbors looking out for each other. It is easily located near Reynoldsburg and I can even be in Easton in less than 10 minutes, not to mention the great staff, I would recommend it to anyone looking to live on the east side of Columbus.

    No assigned parking, tenants and non tenants fly through the parking lot as if they were on a race track, even with a decent amount of the tenants themselves having children of various ages outside at varying times during the day and early evening. This is the complex that likes to show you their model units, and promise that you will get “hardwood flooring throughout the unit, updated appliances” and so forth. Very first night after arriving spent two hours sweeping and cleaning up both dead ...
    and still crawling various bugs (no roaches or bed bugs) but the fact we had to do this and the unit was supposed to be cleaned and clear of bugs was a disappointment. Got two dust pans worth of bugs, spider webs, and random bits of dirt and trash from the previous tenants by the end of the cleaning. Got a treatment and didn’t have any issues with bugs except centipedes/sliver fish coming out whenever moisture accumulated or it rained. Office staff had a couple highly unprofessional staff members, who claimed the “call dropped” when it was clear the staff member had simply hung up the phone and refused to answer the questions to tenant questions. If you can deal with potentially not having a parking spot when you come home after work, can deal with unprofessional staff, and lack of assistance when it comes to maintenance at times this may be the place for you. The space for the price is pretty great and right near 270 but I wouldn’t recommend for those with family, only for those who’d like to get out and get a first apartment situation For the price, and to have such a name for a complex I expected so much better. Now I tread lightly when searching for apartments Ask to see the specific unit you will be assigned to before agreeing to anything. Don’t just expect what they show in the model to be half of what you get

    My husband and I have lived here for almost a year now. The staff is very friendly, we have never had any problems with them. Whenever we have had a maintenance issue, they have sent someone as quick as they could to fix the problem. The apartment that we have is very large and spacious and the location, near 270 is very convenient!

  • save your money and time and look elsewhere

    major water leaks, car broke in multiple times, maintenence breaks things and take forever to fix, apartment management is awful and lack communication, apartment losses items (tools and ect) then blame tenants and leave items in apartments and don't remove them after being reminded multiple times, maintenence leave house in a mess after working, mold &mildew issues, apt provide keys to third parties to work and they do not lock the doors and " loses the key",work orders are closed without ...
    fixing apt, ants fall from the ceiling even when sprayed for bugs multiple times. management have every excuse as to why they promised to fix something and never come.
