Very large door with a tree view. Right across the street from Eagle Creek recreational walking trail. Very large pool for the warmer months. Nice location, 15 minutes downtown, 20 minutes to the Castleton area.

My building is so quiet, I often forget I have neighbors. Everything is well maintained and anything that is not up to par is fixed immediately and hassle free. This was important to me after years of needing to upkeep my house on my own. My patio is my own peaceful oasis, and it is right beside a beautifully landscaped area where I can walk my dog. ...The floor plan is open concept and doesn't leave you with that tiny apartment feel. To top it off, everyone from staff to residents are friendly and welcoming, and I really wanted that where I chose to live. I wish I had sold my house and come here sooner for the easy life!Read More

Eagle Chase Apartments' staff was so personable and patient, I knew right away they had kicked the last place off of my list. The grounds and common areas are well kept, and the entire staff, including Kenny the maintenance guru, are ...perfectly suited for this community. They seem to go out of their way to make sure they know their residents by name, not just numbers on a door. That type of customer service is very important to me. If I have had any maintenance issues, they've been resolved within a short period of time. I love my apartment home and community and the convenience to all of the shopping facilities within a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk.Read More

The office staff is super friendly and maintenance is very fast with any issues that I've ever had. The exterior is constantly updated and there are a lot of events that the office puts on. Great place to live for a student like myself.

September 8, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived in Eagle Chase for two years now. I really like the area and community. If you like a really quiet setting, then this is the place to be. The actual apartment is pretty nice. Although, I do think it is too expensive for what you get, overall it's a nice apartment. I would recommend this complex to a friend.

There are constant improvements to the exterior and interior of the buildings. Maintenance is quick and very professional. The office staff is very friendly and they know who you are. Unlike other apartments there are no hidden fees and what you see is what you get. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for space and a nice atmosphere.
