Our 26 unit apartment complex in Three Rivers, TX is situated in a quiet, residential location. We proudly offer plush furnished apartments with all bills paid. Your unit will come with two beds in each apartment or one bed in the studios. Each apartment is designed with custom tile throughout and features a breakfast bar with stools. Cook like a chef in your full size gourmet kitchen with pantry. Your rate includes internet and cable and flat screen TV. This building was built with double wall construction in a quiet location off of the main highway. The restroom boasts plenty of closet space and private water heater for nice, hot showers. We prefer 6 month leases, but will make a unit available for as little as a 1 month stay, although the monthly payment will be a little higher.

Beautiful plush grounds. BBQ pit and picnic area. Laundry facility has debit/credit card modern machines that are practically brand new. Manager cares about its residents. Great place to stay.

I appreciate that the manager keeps this place quiet for the working professional. The surroundings are immaculate and there is even an outside cleaning service available for individual units. There is a convenient laundry room and a general peaceful atmosphere. Way better than staying in a hotel!

Most friendly and helpful, great first impression. Victoria couldn't have been more sweet. If nothing else had gone right with this facility this lady would have ensured I would have left with a good impression. Everything about the place was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service, great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. She's detailed in what she does, shes clean and she amps up the female gene and shows this is no longer a male dominated career. She shows her attention to detail in all she does. What more can I say then, Cheers, Cheers, Cheers to this place. I only was here a short time while working in the oilfield and wow. Thank you for all of the added touches. This place is nicer than home. Used the BBQ and got to socialize with the other guys and also the manager. We had a great time. I have been in the camp on 72 and it was anything but livable. I actually spent less staying here and felt like I had a good nights rest for work. Truly an incredible property.

I stayed in town a few months ago just to get away. I have to say it was beautiful. This place is quiet. I was on the top floor. The property is immaculate. The manager even brought my packages to my door. I had coffee with her in the office a few times and she truly is a joy to be around. Beds were clean and comfy. Neighbors were quiet and respectable.
