Tenants, within the last two years, don’t seem to have common decency especially with their pets and pet waste. Tenants are walking large breed animals late at night, and don’t pick up after them as much. Also, the trash receptacles attract flies and smell horrible! The lids should kept closed to keep down the pest and waffling order, but that would mean tenants wouldn’t be able to hurl their waste over the walls like they do, not caring if the trash made it to the actual bin…

I love everyone here I do and the apartment has a beautiful view but I just wish they changed their locks to key fobs! It would make residential life so much easier. The other residents agreed as well. Hopefully as an established they can consider the idea.
