The buildings and facilities are extremely clean and well maintained, which creates a very comfortable environment. We truly enjoy being here, and it is clear that a great deal of care is taken to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. September 1, 2025This is the best move we’ve made so far to the Temecula/Murrieta area so far. The neighbors are friendly, the apartment is very clean, well kept, and the AC system work very well. Living on the 3rd level, we only wish there were elevators for the buildings. But the health benefit of the stairs can’t be denied either.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025been here for a month - no complaints, love it here so far! everything is clean and the pool and gym are fantastic. the parcel pending room is so cool i love it, very high end! a bunch of visitor parking so i never have to worry about where i will park! overall 10/10Property Manager Responded

July 21, 2025Having lived in this community for over a year, I am glad this was my first apartment out on my own. The entry to my apartment is private, and I feel like I'm in my own bubble and I feel safe.
