November 19, 2024My wife and I have been here over over 2 months and it was a big disappointment to be honest. There are ants in the apartment; kitchen sink only has hot water; moles grow back in the bathtub in the master bedroom as it was only painted over, and it is clogged.Property Manager Responded

Quiet and Safe
February 9, 2024Been here since June 2023 and it has been great for the price. My only complaint is the amount of geese and ducks defecating all over the property, otherwise no complaints. If there is an issue within my unit the maintenance is on top of it! Also if something does not belong here it is towed away. Also the speedway police patrol and keep watch at the entrance of the property which is nice and a plus! I will resign my lease soon!Review from Apartments.com

Don’t let the pretty views fool you… (Verified Renter)
March 9, 2023DO NOT DO IT! I lived in the 2002 building (one of the bigger ones) and it was an awful living condition. There was roaches constantly, a mouse that got in my third floor unit, homeless men that live in the stairwells and the tenants leave the place filthy! Hallways and outside is covered in trash, the poor maintenance men have to clean it up every morning. Don’t let the nice floor plans and views fool you.Property Manager Responded

Don’t Do it!!!!
October 6, 2022Do not waste your time or money. This place is falling apart. We've had numerous mice, ants all year, and flooding. Exterminators, plumbers, and maintenance men can't keep up with the problems; the issues are beyond them. Also, parking is terrible. They have "parking passes" for residents but half of the cars parked in the lot don't have them so don't expect to find any good spots.Property Manager Responded
