I’ve never seen a workplace show such little regard for the people who keep it running. In my experience, management treats staff as disposable, with sudden “position eliminations” happening at suspiciously convenient times. Watching good employees walk away because of poor treatment — only to see their family members out of a job days later — was enough to tell me everything I needed to know about the values here. I have really enjoyed living here at Brandy Chase. It is safe, quiet, and family/pet friendly. The community is growing and I’ve enjoyed the main office doing small events so that we can meet others in the complex. Maintenance has been great, as well. The pool, work out room, and playground are a plus as well. Located right off the highway so you are close to everything.

Brandy Chase is a beautiful property with many amenities. The office manager Carol and the maintenance manager Zach are a great team. Brandy Chase has a wonderful location that is just minutes to the interstate or the back way to dining and shopping.

Landscaping is excellent. The property manager was pleasant and easy to work with. Rent is reasonable per square feet compared to most places in Fort Wayne. The apartment is in good shape too. They have garages, which is nice for extra storage space. It is a safe living area and a good location in Fort Wayne.

We are so happy with our apartment here at Brandy Chase Apartments, Fort Wayne, IN. Our community is very quiet and respectful of all the tenants. If something needs to be fixed, all you need to do is fill out the form online, and the repairs are made in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are so grateful that we found the place and at such a reasonable price also. Thankful doesn't begin to say what we feel.

Where do I even start? The management is just abysmal. Before we'd even moved in, they'd messed up our application fee and had to credit it towards our rent. We moved in to a three bed townhome in September of 17, and maybe a month or so after we had a huge leak in our basement. It is now March of 19 and the problem still hasn't been fixed only a bandaid slapped on in the form of cleaning the gutters. In our constant insistence that the leak be fixed, the management company formed a dislike to ...
us, and instead of actually fixing the problem, they tried to evict us on the basis that our apartment "wasn't up to IGC standards". Around this time, we also found out that when we signed our lease, they told us it was an 18 month lease, but it was in fact a 12 month. Of course, we lost our copy, so we have no proof that it actually was an 18. When we renewed our lease because it was such short notice, we renewed for another year, but they neglected to tell us that because of the "housekeeping issues", we were in fact on a probationary period and our lease was month to month. It was then that we decided to get the hell out of Dodge. You'd think our problems would be over, but oh no! Lovely Carol in the office got the request from our new place for a landlord reference on a Monday. She didn't submit it to them until EOB on Tuesday. On top of that, she told them we moved in in October of 18... A whole year and a month after our initial move in. She then lied to me when I went in the office to see her and told me our new place had approved everything... I called them on the spot and they told me they had not. We have officially signed a new lease somewhere else, but our move out date isn't until April 16th... I'm interested to see what they're going to screw up between now and then.

I have lived in brandy chase since march and I can honestly say I absolutely love my new home. its so peaceful here. I never hear any loud music or people be crazy. the grounds are just gorgeous. I have lived in apartment complexes before and this is by far my favorite...when I moved in the leasing agents were so very helpful nice and worked with my needs. I would truly recommend brandy chase for your new home...love it

I literally went to every apartment complex in Fort Wayne and nothing compared to this place. My wife and I moved in on a Saturday and the Property Manager was serving us drinks poolside on Sunday. Feels like a resort and we absolutely love it.
