My AC unit was not working for over a month and a half in the dead of summer in 2023. I kept reaching out to the staff but nothing was done. After telling the Kristy that I was well within my right to withhold my rent until it was fixed all of a sudden there was a sense of urgency. When I pressed the staff about it the maintenance man explain to me that the unit was leaking freon and that he’s been trying to convince the owners to replace them but they refused to spend the money! the front desk (Kristy) tried to make me feel better about it not working by saying “mine doesn’t work too”. Even a staff member couldn’t get a properly functioning AC unit? Her, that statement, and the situation were all ridiculous! Don’t rent here!
