December 21, 20253 best features - Location, location, and location. Office staff friendly. Maintenance is good. Facilities and cleanliness is subpar. Laundry room is a hot mess-machines fail frequently. The dumpster areas are poorly cleaned with lots of just junk being left around the dumpsters for weeks on end. The policy they have for raising rents every time you renew your lease leads to a lot of turnover of residents.Review from Apartments.com

Office personnel are helpful, hard-working and very friendly, of course guided and led by our awesome manager Veronica.
