Poor management
March 24, 2026The staff is absolutely awesome but the management team is very unhelpful, Iived there for 6 months and with the few things I needed help with they where met with simple no we can't do that. Then let me tell you, do not try to make a payment after the 4th as they make real difficult to make it after that. Why would you make it hard for someone to pay you? Poorly managed
February 20, 2026My apartment was infested with roaches. They never tried to correct the issue, just sprayed. The last time I put a service request, they never came, just closed the maintenence order. Maintenence took weeks to come see a problem. My hot water never worked in one restroom and the kitchen, you had to run the hit water for about 20 min before you got hot water. So of course my bill was always higher due to water. December 21, 20253 best features - Location, location, and location. Office staff friendly. Maintenance is good. Facilities and cleanliness is subpar. Laundry room is a hot mess-machines fail frequently. The dumpster areas are poorly cleaned with lots of just junk being left around the dumpsters for weeks on end. The policy they have for raising rents every time you renew your lease leads to a lot of turnover of residents.Property Manager Responded
